Banana-Strawberry Fruit Shake/Smoothie Recipe

This is a great tasting and gives you the ability to lose a lot of weight

o 6 or 7 Frozen strawberries

o 1 Frozen Banana, maybe 1 & ½

o 1 & ¼ cup of water

o 1 Tablespoon of Skim Milk Powder

o 1 Table Spoon Whey Protein Powder

o 1 Teaspoon of flax oil (optional)

Blend it all together

The fruits and the high quality protein will boost your metabolism and help you lose the weight you need to and burn all that fat; you'll literally lose inches, especially if you combine this with a good workout regiment

Banana-Orange_Strawberry Fruit Shake

This is a very good one:

o ½ cup of natural orange juice - you can even squeeze the juice out the oranges, although it'd be rather expensive

o ½ frozen banana

o Six Frozen Strawberries
o 1 Tablespoon scoop of Whey Protein
o 1 Tablespoon of skim milk powder
o ½ Cup of water

Blend this all together.

These are just some of the shakes you can use to lose weight; and by adding protein, you will be building the muscles and burning the fat. Protein is good whether you want to be ripped or just toned so start today!
